Field and physical systems
Connect what happens on site to the work that follows.
Turn inspections, movements, device readings and observations into reviewable operational records. Xyloquent assesses the software, data and integration needed to connect field activity with office workflows.

STEP 01 / 08
Assign the field work
Agree the site, equipment, responsible operator and access conditions before dispatch.
Capture the event and its context.
A field record may need a location, item, observation, photograph, timestamp and responsible person. We define what the evidence should establish and how it will be reviewed before choosing the capture method.
Design for the actual environment.
Connectivity, power, weather, camera placement, device condition and operator behavior can affect a system. Site conditions and fallback procedures are part of discovery, not assumptions hidden behind a demonstration.
Treat offline work explicitly.
Where offline capture is needed, scope includes local storage, synchronization, conflicts, duplicate prevention and visibility of unsent records. Offline capability is not implied for every proposed mobile system.
Route uncertainty to a person.
An uncertain plate match, inconsistent reading or incomplete inspection should produce evidence for review. Physical actions and enforcement decisions are authorized separately from detection.
Possible starting points.
Hauling and dispatch records, asset handovers, field inspections, device-health monitoring, parking-event review and managed kiosk content are examples of the operational patterns we can assess. Each requires its own validation and delivery boundary.
Do you supply and install all equipment? Not automatically. Site surveys, hardware procurement, installation and specialist work are assigned explicitly between the client, partners and Xyloquent.
