For delivery partners

A defined engineering role in your delivery.

Bring Xyloquent into a larger project for a focused architecture, application-development or integration work package. Work directly with the principal architect and agree the delivery boundary before implementation.

Discuss your workflow
01

Start with the work package.

Define the workflow, application or interface Xyloquent will own. Identify the existing systems, approved access, sample inputs, dependencies and the person who accepts the result.

Possible packages include request and approval workflows, document validation, reporting reconciliation, and asset or inventory records. These are areas to assess, not a list of completed customer projects.

02

Resolve uncertainty through a paid assessment.

Where the process or integration access is unclear, begin with a scoped assessment. Its outputs can include the process map, access inventory, risks, proposed pilot and costed scope. A short fit conversation identifies whether this is useful.

Production commitments follow the agreed scope, representative validation and delivery plan. A demonstration alone does not establish production readiness.

03

Agree the responsibilities around the software.

Identify the contracting parties, communication path, acceptance owner, funded milestones and change process. Confirm who supplies infrastructure, subscriptions, business decisions and approved data access.

Hardware procurement, installation, site safety, field response and specialist work require explicitly assigned owners. Do not assume they are included in an application-development package.

04

Plan acceptance, handover and support.

Agree test cases for normal work and exceptions. Define access boundaries, retry behavior, failure handling, deployment and rollback evidence, documentation and training.

Support is a separate defined service: coverage, incident responsibilities, response targets, included capacity and escalation are agreed for the actual delivery arrangement.

Sample delivery evidence

Agree what a working system must prove.

These sample checks illustrate how we define acceptance. Each project needs its own agreed cases and recorded results.

Request validation

A mismatch stays open.

Given conflicting document and reference values, the workflow holds the request for review. Only an authorized decision can release it, with the correction and original retained.

Reporting reconciliation

A missing report stays visible.

A branch with no submission is shown as missing, rather than as zero sales. A total mismatch remains assigned until the supporting evidence is reviewed.

Asset custody

The received item must match.

An unexpected asset cannot complete the handover. The responsible custodian verifies the item and the record retains the discrepancy and resolution.

What an agreed handover pack can contain

Accepted scope and test results; access and integration inventory; deployment and rollback instructions; backup and recovery procedures; user guidance; known limitations; named support and escalation responsibilities.
