When direct submission is available, the contact form saves your name, email, organization, inquiry and optional project details in Xyloquent's private inbox, hosted on Vercel. Authorized owners use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. The site confirms receipt only after the submission is saved. If the form offers an email draft instead, you must send that draft from your own email app.

Website inquiries are reviewed and periodically removed after 90 days. You can request deletion sooner using the contact details below. Any agreed project records have separate retention arrangements. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Messages sent to the assistant are processed through our chat service and Google Gemini to generate a response. Please do not include passwords, patient records, confidential business data or other sensitive information. Browser voice features request microphone access when used.

Our hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Your assistant visibility and workflow visualization preferences are stored in your browser. The interactive workflow uses sample data. Project-specific data handling, access and retention arrangements must be agreed separately.

Abuse controls use a keyed, temporary digest of the request address to limit repeated submissions and sign-in attempts. These temporary counters are periodically removed. Essential cookies confirm inquiry receipt and authenticate inbox owners. Form contents are not included in analytics events.
