Warehouses / distributors
Bring stock movements and warehouse records into the same process.
Follow goods from receiving to dispatch with identified items, locations, quantities and responsible people. Keep discrepancies visible without silently rewriting the stock record.
Available for requirements discussions and individually scoped projects. Standardized products are planned.

STEP 01 / 08 · DEMO-MOVE-42
Book inbound delivery
Confirm the expected order, arrival slot and receiving location before unloading begins.
WORKED EXAMPLE
ITEM-42 · 24 cartons · Bin A-03Inbound appointment: 24 cartons of ITEM-42.
A scanned identifier must match the reference and actual quantity.
Selected step / 01: Book inbound delivery. Responsible role: Receiving coordinator. Next responsible role: Receiving clerk.
A practical starting scope.
Start with receiving and dispatch for one location, supported by a reconciled opening balance. Establish units, item identifiers and stock-adjustment authority first.
Connect the records you already use.
Assess sales and accounting references, barcode or QR capture, label formats and existing item masters. RFID, reservations and batch allocation need site-specific validation.
Define the delivery responsibilities.
Devices, labels, migration, hardware installation, hosting and support are agreed in the project scope. An existing warehouse product may be the right starting point.
Custom project scope and availability are assessed individually. Standardized sector products are planned, not generally released. Migration, hosting, support coverage and acceptance checks are agreed before delivery.
Discovery questions
What we need to understand.
- How many locations and bins must be represented?
- Where does the opening balance come from?
- Are batches, expiry or serialized items required?
- Who can authorize a stock adjustment?
