Keep replenishment, transfers and store visibility connected.

Available for requirements discussions and individually scoped projects. Standardized products are planned.

STEP 01 / 08 · DEMO-TRANSFER-08
Collect branch records
Bring the agreed POS export, stock count and branch cutoff into the replenishment review.
WORKED EXAMPLE
TEE-M · Store A → Store B · 12 unitsStore B submits current sales and stock.
Stock in transit must not appear as available in both stores.
Selected step / 01: Collect branch records. Responsible role: Store manager. Next responsible role: Store lead.
A practical starting scope.
Begin with one transfer workflow across two stores. Validate SKU identifiers, units, receipt ownership and the stock source before introducing replenishment rules.
Connect the records you already use.
Connect approved POS exports or APIs, inventory records and accounting references. Show each source's refresh time and handle duplicates and delayed files explicitly.
Define the delivery responsibilities.
Payment capture, fiscal transaction requirements and a replacement POS need their own validated scope. Forecasting is evaluated against representative sales and stock history.
Custom project scope and availability are assessed individually. Standardized sector products are planned, not generally released. Migration, hosting, support coverage and acceptance checks are agreed before delivery.
Discovery questions
What we need to understand.
- Do all stores use the same SKU and unit definitions?
- How frequently can sales and stock data be refreshed?
- Who owns transfer shortages and stock adjustments?
- What makes an item eligible for replenishment?
