Small manufacturers
Connect materials, production and quality at each handoff.
Define a traceable production record from material issue through quality review and finished-goods receipt. Begin with one line, product family or production order type.
Available for requirements discussions and individually scoped projects. Standardized products are planned.

Held output stays separate from accepted finished goods.
Selected step / 01: Open the production order. Responsible role: Production planner. Next responsible role: Production planner.
A practical starting scope.
Start with a production-order record and one quality hold. Agree material units, bill-of-material ownership, output quantities and who may release goods.
Connect the records you already use.
Evaluate inventory, planning and accounting references, with device or machine data added only after signal meaning and site conditions are validated.
Define the delivery responsibilities.
Machine control, certified safety functions, production scheduling optimization and industry-specific quality certification are separate scopes. MES here means a focused manufacturing execution workflow.
Custom project scope and availability are assessed individually. Standardized sector products are planned, not generally released. Migration, hosting, support coverage and acceptance checks are agreed before delivery.
Discovery questions
What we need to understand.
- Which line or product family should be the first scope?
- Are batches, serial numbers or expiry required?
- How are scrap, rework and substitutions authorized?
- Which checks are required before goods can be released?
