Logistics / trucking / hauling
Follow every trip from dispatch to delivery evidence.
Connect dispatch assignments to trip events and delivery evidence. Give dispatchers a clear view of confirmed progress, missing updates and exceptions that need action.
Available for requirements discussions and individually scoped projects. Standardized products are planned.

STEP 01 / 08 · DEMO-TRIP-18
Receive the hauling request
Record the pickup, drop-off, load information and requested window before trip planning.
WORKED EXAMPLE
Vehicle V-18 · 2 stops · 10 cartonsHauling request: 10 cartons across 2 stops.
A planned delivery is not a confirmed receipt.
Selected step / 01: Receive the hauling request. Responsible role: Dispatch coordinator. Next responsible role: Dispatcher.
A practical starting scope.
Begin with dispatch and proof of delivery for one trip type. Define trip IDs, required events, evidence rules and the fallback when a device has no connection.
Connect the records you already use.
Validate telematics, approved location services, fuel imports and accounting references. Show the difference between a device's last update and confirmed physical progress.
Define the delivery responsibilities.
Continuous tracking, route optimization, telematics hardware and roadside support are distinct dependencies. Device connectivity and field procedures must be validated.
Custom project scope and availability are assessed individually. Standardized sector products are planned, not generally released. Migration, hosting, support coverage and acceptance checks are agreed before delivery.
Discovery questions
What we need to understand.
- Which trip events are required before closure?
- How are drivers, vehicles and subcontractors assigned?
- What delivery evidence can be collected and retained?
- How are fuel entries checked against trip references?
