WORKED EXAMPLE
Zone B · Work pack WP-12 · 30 panelsZone B requires a defined installation work pack.
Actual material use stays separate from the originally authorized quantity.
Selected step / 01: Register site requirement. Responsible role: Project coordinator. Next responsible role: Site engineer.
A practical starting scope.
Start with material requests and approvals for one project. Agree project codes, resource units, approval thresholds and how field evidence reaches the office.
Connect the records you already use.
Assess estimating sheets, accounting references, approved attendance inputs and mobile capture. Offline operation requires explicit synchronization and conflict rules.
Define the delivery responsibilities.
Engineering design certification, site safety decisions, payroll calculation and contractual claim assessment remain with their qualified owners unless separately scoped.
Custom project scope and availability are assessed individually. Standardized sector products are planned, not generally released. Migration, hosting, support coverage and acceptance checks are agreed before delivery.
Discovery questions
What we need to understand.
- Which projects and subcontractor handoffs are involved?
- How are budget variations and material substitutions approved?
- What connectivity is available at each site?
- Which evidence is needed for progress claims and billing?
